Description
This type of network is cost-effective to implement. On a TN-C network, the neutral conductor (N) and the protection conductor (PE) are merged to form the PEN (saving on a cable and an overcurrent protection pole). The PEN conductor must never be cut in order to protect people (protective conductor). It must have a diameter equal to or greater than 10 mm² for copper and 16 mm² for aluminium in accordance with the NF C 15-100 standard.
Our self-extinguishing terminals meet the UL94-V0 standard, have UL approval and are IP 20 certified.
Technical characteristics
5 N.m (4 - 10 mm²)
10 N.m (16 - 50 mm²)
For aluminium cables: only one cable can be connected per output; we recommend using Penetrox type grease.
Connector body: tinned aluminium
An aluminium and copper terminal
While most terminals on the market only accept aluminium or copper conductors, we have terminals that accept both materials. Designed in tinned aluminium, our terminal blocks accommodate both incoming and outgoing aluminium and copper cables.
A compact, easy-to-use PEN terminal
Because of the way it is made, the PEN terminal block is compact and easy to clip onto a DIN rail. Its standardised colour coding makes it the most suitable product on the market.
Quickly view tightening torque
The tightening torque recommended by the manufacturer is marked on the front of the terminal. This information guarantees that the product will be installed in compliance with safety standards.
The visible tightening torque also enables you to conduct your annual tightening campaigns easily and with peace of mind.
