Description
Insulated copper braids are used to make power connections between busbars and other electrical components, helping to ensure safe and efficient electrical connections. These flexible copper bars are used to carry high currents.
Our flaix copper braid bond enable electrical connections to be made quickly and professionally. They consist of a number of braided tinned copper wires with pierced terminal areas at the ends. Our ferrules ensure a secure connection and optimum contact surface.
Our range of flexible power braids comprises 36 references covering a range from 125 to 1000 A and lengths from 230 to 1030 mm in 100 mm increments.

Flexibility
Our tin-plated copper braid is renowned for its flexibility. Its structure allows it to be adapted to multiple configurations, and its narrow width makes it compatible with the majority of electrical appliances on the market.
Ready to use
Our range is ready to use. The products do not require cutting, stripping, drilling or even bending during installation. This solution is ideal as an alternative to power cables. Power braids can be connected directly to circuit-breaker terminals, without the need for additional accessories such as angled pads, spreaders or extension pads. No tools are required for installation, which saves time for cable workers.

Temperature
High-tech insulation is an innovative thermoplastic. One of its key features is its high heat resistance, enabling it to withstand temperatures of up to 140°C. It is therefore perfectly suited to extreme-temperature environments.
LCIE Bureau Veritas certification
Our range of flat tinned copper braids is tested and certified by LCIE Bureau Veritas to standard 61439-1: which governs “Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies”.
