Description
Spacers or standoffs have been specially designed to raise the electrical components in your cabinets and enclosures. Metal-plastic spacers consist of a steel insert combined with a plastic component. The combination of these two materials results in a product that is mechanically strong and provides excellent electrical insulation.
Spacers in the Zelec range are available in heights from 15 mm up to 120 mm, in M5 or M6 sizes.
For a professional finish, male or female knobs can also be fitted to the spacers. These also ensure that the various components of the electrical installation are securely held in place.

In switchboards and enclosures, insulation clearances and the quality of the installation are key considerations. Zelec’s PENT range of insulating spacers guarantees insulation up to 1,000 V. This significantly reduces the risk of insulation faults, arcing or non-compliance with standards (for example, IEC 61439).
